Dr. Uwe Steinkoetter:
Dr Steinkeotter is one of the world’s foremost thinkers on Industry 4.0, manufacturing strategy and the factory of the future. During his 15+ year tenure at Bosch, he has held a variety of high level roles within its Powertrain Solutions division, including Global Director Business Excellence, Global Director Continuous Improvement and Lean Management, and Global Director Automotive Transformation Commercial Vehicles and Off-road. Now, as head of Bosch Industry Consulting, he works with customers all over the world, helping them streamline their operations and improve business efficiency through effective use of technology.
Dr Steinkoetter’s areas of expertise include strategy development and benchmarking, transformation programmes, digital transformation, lean production, technology management, energy management and more. He is fluent in both English and German.
